Join us as we celebrate Preservation Month this May!

Did you know that the majority of our agents are designated Historic Property Specialists? Here at The Legacy Group SC Real Estate, we believe in the importance of protecting, maintaining, and enjoying the beautiful historic buildings that hold so much significance in our state.

In honor of Preservation Month, the City of Columbia Planning Division has a host of opportunities for the community to gather in support and appreciation of our city’s historic buildings. A few of the events are highlighted below, but be sure to check out the Columbia Planning & Development website for more information!
