I have lived in Columbia for over 35 years and became interested in real estate when on a mission to help my adult children purchase their first homes. What a big investment and an important one! Having also purchased and maintained both an older home and new construction locally, I am keenly aware of what to consider when buying a home—and especially so with having managed a great many home inspections for buyer clients. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, hiking, and camping. My husband Mark and I, along with our five adult children—each a graduate of the University of South Carolina–have all made the Midlands area our home.
