The Legacy Group is excited to welcome new agent Laura Strait to the team! Originally from Denver, Colorado, Laura and her family are now proud residents of a beautiful 30-acre farm in Laurens County, South Carolina.
Laura, her husband, and three of her four children (her oldest is all grown up!) enjoy cultivating their land and caring for a variety of livestock including dairy sheep, Shetland sheep, chickens, and dairy cows. In fact, as I had the pleasure of speaking with her on phone, we laughed while she narrated her surroundings, which included one of her new little lambs following her dog around like a shadow. It’s evident that Laura values deep connection with the place she and her family call “home,” and that passion finds an outlet through her work in real estate.
Laura has been in the real estate industry for over a decade, working to prosper buyers, sellers, and investors alike; her experience is varied and proven! She believes that owning property is one of the best ways for people to gain wealth and loves to help clients see real estate as an investment that could change their family’s trajectory for generations to come. “I take this work seriously because I know that property is such a large financial asset … often, it is my client’s largest asset,” she says. With this knowledge in mind, she helps buyers make wise choices, sellers accept top offers, and investors see maximum returns.
