Meet the Agents

Having lived in the midlands since 1971, Benji has developed a love of Lake Murray and the surrounding area. He served the community as a teacher and middle school principal for 32 years before retiring to enjoy guiding families through the process of buying or selling property. His education includes degrees from Newberry College, the University of South Carolina, and a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.

His years in the field of education have afforded Benji many opportunities to work with families to address their needs. Being an effective communicator and good listener have given Benji the skills to help meet the needs of his clients. He looks forward to hearing what it would take to help you find your starter home, your retirement property, your forever home or to assist in making your property sale to help you move to your next adventure. You will have his full attention to whatever your real estate needs are from beginning to end.
