Where is the Event Being Held?
We have a conference room reserved at Synergy Business Park off of the Bush River Road Exit on I-20. You will come to 121 Executive Center Drive, Columbia, SC 29210. Enter the main entrance and take the elevator to the second level. Turn left off of the elevator and our staff will be ready to greet you in the conference area.
How Much Does it Cost to Attend?
This event is FREE! We do ask that you please register in advance and space is limited. Just text the word DREAMS to 803-727-6504 for the registration link and we will be glad to assist you.
Do I Need to be Pre-Approved for a Loan to Attend?
No, not at all. We will provide connections to our local lending partners who can answer all your funding questions and help you get the financial process started.
I may not be ready to buy for another 6 months, can I still participate?
Yes! In fact, we recommend preparing to buy a home well in advance of actually going home shopping. You are on the right track. Join us to learn more!
